We have answered below the most common questions about the E-commerce Mentoring program.
How long does the E-commerce Mentoring program last?
The E-commerce Mentoring program lasts for 3 months but can be extended once you finish.
How many 1:1 sessions with my mentor will I be able to do during the mentorship?
You will be able to check-in with your mentor on a weekly basis, as long as you’ve completed all the tasks assigned to you from the previous session. There will always be work to do in-between sessions and the pace at which you progress will be dependent on how fast you can do the necessary work.Â
Will I have the opportunity to connect with Kamil Sattar, aka The Ecom King?
Yes, Kamil conducts a monthly Q&A session with the students, during which you’ll be able to connect and get your questions answered by The Ecom King himself. Kamil will also often do extra calls for the students, including a monthly podcast with relevant personalities in the e-commerce industry. You can also reach out to Kamil via the private channels in our members-only section of the Discord.Â
Can I expense this program as a business?
Yes. We can provide a business invoice should you wish to expense this program through your business.
Is there a recommended budget I need to have before starting mentorship?
We recommend that you save at least $3,000 before starting the E-commerce Mentoring program. It is not realistic for you to expect to achieve success on a lower budget than this since you will need to cover your advertising expenses, shopify expenses (including apps) and other occasional expenses. If you want to maximize your chances of succeeding, we recommend that you first save up $3,000 to invest in your business, at the very least.
How many hours per day should I dedicate to e-commerce during the mentorship program?
You should allocate between 2-5 hours per day, 5 days per week. The 2-5 interval depends on your previous experience with similar business models.
Do you offer a guarantee?Â
Yes. We guarantee that you’ll generate at least $3,000 in sales during the three months of the E-commerce Mentoring program duration. If you finish the three months having completed on time every task that was assigned to you by your mentor and you still haven’t been able to generate $3,000 in sales, we will work with you for free until you generate $3,000 in sales.
Does it matter in what country I’m located?
No, it doesn’t matter! We have students and success stories from all over the world.
Can I choose my mentor?
Yes, you may choose your mentor. All you need to do is let us know who you’d like to work with when you’re onboarded.
Which languages can I have my mentorship in?
The group calls and bonus calls are all conducted in English, but our mentors can conduct your 1 on 1 calls in multiple languages. We currently cover English, Hindi, German, Spanish and Russian.
