Timelines play a major role in the Instagram algorithm. So, your Instagram posts should most likely be dependent on the activeness of your followers.

Below are the major steps to finding information:

2. Navigate to the Instagram Insight icon

3. Click on see more in the follower's section

At the bottom of the page, you’ll see on which day of the week and at which hours of the day your followers are most active. For example, our followers seem to be most active on Thursdays from 9 am to 3 pm ET. You could also look at where your followers are based and experiment with times that you think they’ll be active.

Similarly, analytics tools like Buffer for Business or Iconosquare are helpful for determining the best times to post on Instagram. They become more vital when the user lacks access to Instagram’s analytics tool for business Instagram Insights.

7. Use your analytics

Posting high-quality images/videos that would attract followers is another way of increasing your follower growth rate.
